Smile Brand New to the Delorean Family

I just purchased my first Delorean a 1982 with 37,502 miles. I have dreamed of owning one of these cars for a long time. The car is in decent shape but needs some TLC. I hope with some help I can get it back to its original glory. I am sure to put up some posts for tech help. Thanks, Robert

Welcome to the family, and get ready for one hell of an adventure! Do you have any pictures of your car that you could post? How familiar are you with these cars - that is, necessary updates, appropriate servicing, etc? I have had my car for a little over 2 years, and have learned quite a bit, so I will be glad to provide whatever help that I can.

Robert - Helping people to get the most value out of their DeLorean ownership experience is what we're all about here. I bought my car "Winged1" nearly 22 years ago, and it has been a fabulous ride (literally and figuratively). Be sure to seek out and join any local DeLorean club that might exist in your general area, as the social aspects of these cars are nearly as important as the other facets of ownership. Welcome to the community. You'll get to know some of the characters soon enough.
